At least in the case of SDP, there is usually an attribute associated with
the payload type, e.g. for PCMU you might see

a=rtpmap:0 PCMU/8000

It would be good to pass this timestamp frequency, where available, to
rtp_add_address(), where it could be stored in the conversation/packet-info
and used by RTP Analysis.

As an aside, it would also be good, in the case of dynamic payload numbers,
to pass the "PCMU" information part so that its real payload type could be
known and used.
