Did you close Ethereal cleanly, meaning

	1) you did *not* close the command window with those errors in
	   it

and

	2) you closed the Ethereal window or selected "Quit" from the
	   "File" window?

If not, try that, and see if you still get that error when you restart
Ethereal.
