In the 7/7/4 release,

./configure --disable-gtktest --disable-glibtest --disable-ethereal

Breaks after testing for glib and not finding it.  It complains about
pkgconfig, which it shouldn't be bothering with anyway.  If I disable
this section, it manages to find a glib (1.2) and proceeds.

Also, I can't do the usual sh -x to find the lines it is breaking on
since it restarts itself with a shell.

I also can find no way to tell it NOT to do documentation - I don't have
pod2html or pod2man or whatever, and don't want them (this is on a sharp
Zaurus).  The make stops here, but after building everything, but I had
to create fake programs for the ./configure to find.
