The only interfaces that will show up with current versions of
libpcap/WinPcap are interfaces that look like network interfaces; unless
the device (or whatever you're using) plugs into whatever OS you're
using as a regular network interface, Ethereal (and tcpdump/WinDump,
etc.) won't see it.
If it *does* plug into whatever OS you're using, it will probably only
show you PPP traffic, not GPRS "air interface" (or whatever the right
term is; I'm not a mobile phone expert) traffic.
If Ericsson (I'm assuming the stuff you're using is from Ericssson)
provide a software development kit for whatever type of equipment you're
using, and that kit allows you to write code to open up the device and
capture traffic, it *might* be possible to add support to it in libpcap
or WinPcap.
