Write your MIB, copy it to /usr/local/share/snmp/mibs/ and then set an
environment variable MIBS to "ALL" and run ethereal.  This is the
simplest way.  See the Net-SNMP documentation and tutorial for
further information on using its mib-loading options (which ethereal
makes use of).
