I have Ethereal 0.10.3 and WinPCap 3.1 beta installed on Windows 2000 and
can capture on a dial-up networking adapter (WAN/Slip/PPP) without any
problems.  But when I install the same on XP Professional, I can select the
dial-up adapter, a capture seems to start, but no packets are ever seen.  I
can see the NetMon adapter is installed, and I've tried it both as an
administrative user and while actually logged in under the "Administrator"
account without any change in symptoms.  Anyone else run into this?  I'm
stumped.
