Hi Peter,

Ethereal has network name resolution switched on by default. There was a
known bug in the ADNS library shipped with Ethereal 0.10.3. You can replace
the ADNS library (adns_dll.dll) with the latest version that you can
download from the following URL:

http://download.jgaa.com/ftp/pub/gnu/adns/adns-1.0-win32-03.zip

You can also decide to switch off network name resolution. This can be done
by going to the Edit > Preferences > Name Resolution.

On certain networks Ethereal once capture finishes (starts parsing packets)
Ethereal hangs maxing out CPU.
 
Ethereal works perfectly on other networks.
 
Is it some decode problem?
