Hi,

I can answer only the first question: SSCOP does not run
over UDP, because it will ont handle UDP packet reordering.
If you want to run 'SSCOP over UDP' you have to use
SSCOPMCE.

     or perhaps as:

        00 54 76 98 0a 56 34 12
