Whats that ? Two different switches at different locations ?  or 'set span' on both tx and
rx ?
And lets review the basics.. how do you spot a TCP retransmission ? What is the relative
time delta for the retransmitted packets from the original ? Can you manually spot the
retransnmissions in ethereal? What about when you import your ethereal dump into Sniffer?
 Answering these questions might help..
