Ethereal-users: [Ethereal-users] Can't get list of interfaces?

Hi, this is my first post to the list, I've just installed wincap 3.0 and
ethereal 0.10.2 on a Windows 2000 Advanced Server machine, to get some idea
of the outbound traffic form the server but when I try to start capturing I
receive an "Can't get list of interfaces: PacketGetAdapterNames: Not enough
storage is available to process this command" error, this server have 10 GB
of free space, I tried adjusting permissions so I've set everyone to full
control on root directory but nothing change.

Any suggestion on how to fix this will be preciated
