One can, but one has to widen the Info column in order to do it.

It's not exactly extremely intuitively obvious that you can widen the
*last* column on the right, but you do it by grabbing the right-hand
edge of the column title box and dragging it to the right (the cursor
should, if you're positioned above the edge, change to the <==> image
that indicates that you can resize horizontally), just as you'd widen
other columns on the right by grabbing the separator between columns and
dragging it to the right.  You might have to drag it past the right-hand
edge of the window to do so.

Currently, the column widths aren't saved, so you'd have to do that
again after exiting and restarting Ethereal.
