I often use the Stevens book, but it is fairly old and has gotten a bit out
of date.
I also use "Internetworking with TCP/IP, Vol 1", fourth edition, by Douglas
E. Comer. ISBN 0-13-018380-6. I don't like it as much as the Stevens
book, but it does address a lot of newer features (like selective ACK).
