I've just started using Ethereal - great tool.

I've got two Windows Apps that can talk to each other through UPD, through the loop back address (127.0.0.1).  When I capture with Ethereal, I don't see the packets.  I've tried capturing with the filter "host 127.0.0.1" or "src 127.0.0.1".  I've tried capturing with no filter and reviewing the results and can't find a log with the address.  I've tried capturing with no filter and then filtering after the capture, etc.  I know the two apps are talking to each other.

Is there any issue or special settings I need to use when capturing loop back packets?

Thanks,

Marc
