I am having trouble with various web sites not displaying web pages. The browser will report "done" but there is nothing but a white, blank screen.
Upon doing a packet capture I noticed the host is sending and receiving two packets with the same sequence number for EVERY packet it sends and receives. I am of thought that this is the root of my problem with the "White page of Death" issue I am experiencing.

Any indeas?
