Dinesh,
Ethereal gives you the option of extracting the payload and saving it in a
separate file (Tools->Statistics->RTP Stream->Analyze->Save Payload). Once
you have done that you could use cool-edit or gold-wave to play this file.

I have some captured RTP packets that are G.711 uLaw encoded.
Could anbody point me to a tool that I could use to decode this and play it
over a sound card....or may be even save it to a wave file.
