"Follow TCP Stream" for http:

the content of http stream is displayed encoded (guess
here), making it unintelligible to read/view. only the
header is displayed and can be read.


can one decode the http stream to view the http
content ? (can ethereal help here ?) 

Next to the "Follow TCP Stream" is "Decode As". where
and for which type of protocols would one use decode
as ? please give an example where one would use the
Decode as.
