libpcap, which is what Ethereal uses to do packet capture, doesn't 
currently support capturing Bluetooth traffic on any platform.  That 
might change in the future (I think it would probably be a good idea if 
it did), on at least some platforms (probably Linux and/or some of the 
BSDs; possibly, but probably not, on other platforms).
