That's what the Export button on the Color Filters dialog is for ;-) It was
added in 0.9.15.
If you highlight any filters, (ctrl and shift modifiers as usual to select
multiple lines,) you can elect to save only those that are highlighted.
Otherwise the whole set is saved.
Export the filters to a file of your choosing, move the file to the other
machine, and use the Import button to load the filters in. At this point
saving the filters will save them to the user's color filter file.
To save the filters to the global file, hit Export and then the "Global
Color Filter File" button. That sets up the path to the global file, hit OK
to save. Of course you have to have sufficient permissions to write that
file.
Note that the user's filters override the global filters; only one set or
the other is loaded. If you want to use the global set, but there is already
a user set, hitting Revert will delete the user file.
