Hi Keith. Thanks for the bugreport.

I have checked in a fix for the problem.
The issue was a bug in the H450 dissector that used the wrong type of value
and thus caused an assertion to be rised.

The fix will be in 0.9.17   or if you compile ethereal yourself you can grab
the current CVS and
get a fixed version that way.
