you can set filters in ethereal
if you have want to capture packets from a PC, you can set an
IP filter for that specific PC.
like: ip = = 192.168.255.1

you also have all the other operators
not, less, equal, ....

set the filter:
click on filter | add expression | IP | source = =  <IP address>

to capture data from a group you have to simply specifiy the IP
range (e.g. source <= 192.168.255.1=
