Unless you put those ports into the filter box in the form

	src port {source port} and dst port {destination port}

that's an error.  You can't put just the port numbers there.

See the tcpdump manual page for the capture filter syntax.  If you're on
a UNIX-flavored system, try "man tcpdump"; if you're on Windows, see the
WinDump man page on windump.polito.it.
