Title: RE: [Ethereal-users] Multiple displays

I think this is a GTK issue. I have the same issue :-(

It looks likes its fixed in GTK+ version 2.2.3. Not sure if Ethereal will compile with this version.

Subject: [Ethereal-users] Multiple displays

Hi,

Great program! I'm programming my MCS51 micro controller so that it can act
as a web server. I'm writing a book on how to do this, I will refer to your
site as a great tool to help the development.

One comment that you might consider: I'm using a Matrox display card that
controls the 3 TFT displays hooked up to it extending my desktop one TFT to
the left and one TFT to the right. When I place Ethereal on the left
desktop, all popup menu's appear in the center TFT. I think this is caused
by how Windows send's the coordinates to the application, in that case the
left TFT has negative X positions since it is placed on the left of the
center display which has coordinates 0,0 to 1024,767.

If anybody can change this is the future, great, please let me know so I
will download the latest version.

Best regards,

Jan van de Kamer
