Hi Jerry,

You should be able to just use the local Windows build of Ethereal, which includes an installer.

Go to the main web page (www.ethereal.com), click on "Binary Distributions" under "Download", scroll down to "Microsoft: Windows" and click "local archive". The latest executable is "ethereal-setup-0.9.15.exe" that you'll see there, but you can also find older versions as well as the source code, etc.
