The "Decode as" option you can use on Ethereal to decode RTP packets has an
equivalent on tethereal.  Try -d on tethereal to get some help on how it
works.  You'll need to know the UDP ports for your RTP stream before starting
tethereal.  This works from version 0.9.14.
