Go to Edit > Preferences, open up the list of protocols, select Frame,
and turn on the "Treat all frames as DOCIS frames" option.

Click "OK" or "Apply" if you only want it to apply to the capture file
you're reading.

If you want it to be the default - meaning that all frames will be
interpreted as DOCSIS frames in all capture files, unless you turn that
option *off* after starting Ethereal or after reading a file - click
"Save" and then click "OK".
