OK, I jsut removed glib-* and gtk-* rpms from my system, leaving only
glib2 and gtk2.

I ran the following command:
./configure --disable-ethereal --enable-gtk2
and it worked just fine.

I'm using Suse 8.2 with glib2 2.2.1-18
So, which OS, which version of glib2 and gtk2 are installed?

We are stuck with technology when what we really want is just stuff that
works. Some say that should read Microsoft instead of technology.
