Ethereal itself has limited graph plotting functionality and is arguably not
intended to be a graphing tool.

However, it is very easy to generate almost any kind of interesting graph by
running tethereal on the
capture file  by scripting the use of tethereal with various filtering
and -z options.

plese see the manpage for tethereal   it is all explained there.


As an example of how easy it is to use tethereal to produce very powerful
graphs
