Hi Folks,

I'm quite familiar with ethereal and have been using it for several years
now, however I've yet to see this problem I'm now encountering:

I'm attempting to sniff traffic from a token ring interface on my machine,
however I am unable to see traffic originating from my machine. I am able
to capture incoming traffic in both standard and promiscuous mode, but
nothing outgoing from the interface.

I have recent versions of both WinPcap and Ethereal, and am *not* running
any VPN software.

I saw back in the mailing list history something about this occurring on
Win2K in conjunction with dial up connections, however that's not the case
here.

Has anyone seen a problem similar to this before?

I'm running Win2K (SP1) with a Olicom Token Ring Adaptor ( PCI 4/16 ).
