Ethereal-users: [Ethereal-users] RE: I got Ethereal to monitor dialup PPP ports on Window 2000 s

Note: This archive is from the project's previous web site, ethereal.com. This list is no longer active.

I followed this procedure and I can get the "Network Monitor Driver"
installed and visible in the list box on the "Networking" tab of the dialup
connection's properties, but the checkbox to enable it is grayed (albeit
checked) and the device (\Device\Packet_NdisWanBh) does not appear in
Ethereal.

I have tried WinPCap 2.3 and 3.0 in case there was an issue with one of them
- no difference. My laptop has Win2K with Service Pack 3.

Any ideas??
