Yes I think it would be good if Matthew tried to get some more info about that.
LLC SAP 0x14 and 0x54 wasn't listed in any of the LLC SAP lists I looked through (not listed for OSLAN and not for
any other usage).
This list was probably the most complete of the lists I found:
http://www.netwho.com/frame/ether802.htm and
http://datacenter.packx.free.fr/Identifiers/ieee-saps.txt seems to have the same content
I think that list covered all the SAP values listed in the other documents I looked through, e.g.:
http://www.ict.tuwien.ac.at/skripten/datenkomm/print/06-LANPrinciples.pdf
http://ckp.made-it.com/ieee8022.html
http://www.process.com/techsupport/pmdf/rfc/rfc1340.html#page-54
http://www.robertore.it/public/Documentazione/Documentazione_tecnica/Reti_di_computer/C0A.PDF
http://www.tele.sunyit.edu/Chap4_protocols.pdf
I also made some searches on Google to find more about OSLAN, but I didn't get so much useful details.
LLC SAP 0x14 was however used in the captured OSLAN packets in the document http://users.iclway.co.uk/jpress/papers/lea.htm
