No.
Our application does run on Windows.
The only thing it does with AODV, however, is dissect AODV packets and
show their contents; it does not actually implement the AODV protocol,
just as, for example, Network Associates' Sniffer program, or
WildPackets' EtherPeek/TokenPeek/AiroPeek programs, don't implement all
the protocols for which they decode packets.

No.

Try looking for it with Google; a search for
"aodv for windows"
found
http://lists.udev.org/archives/lln-wave/2002-January/000316.html
which speaks of something somebody else found when searching for
"aodv windows"
in Google; the URL in the article is out of date, it now appears to be
at
http://bh.udev.org/filez/wireless/AodvWindows/aodv_windows.zip
The Google search also found
http://lists.udev.org/archives/lln-wave/2002-January/000321.html
(both messages are in French, but I'm assuming somebody named Stephane
might not have a problem with that :-)).
I have not used the software in question (and haven't used *any* AODV
software for Windows - I don't even have any wireless machines that run
Windows), so I can't say whether that software
1) is, in fact, an AODV for Windows
or
2) works well.
