One way to get around this is to run something like VMWare and run one of
the applications on a virtual server. You can capture bridged traffic sent
to/from the virtual server. You'll take a significant performance hit
though, so It may not be what you want. It would almost certainly be easier
to install a second server (budget allowing :-) ).
