The User's Guide and man page are avaliable in a number of locations:

The Ethereal web site:

   http://www.ethereal.com/tethereal.1.html (man page, HTML)

These are also available on the mirror sites.

A PDF copy of the User's Guide is available on Sourceforge:

   http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=255


If you're running Windows the man page is available via
"Start->Programs->Ethereal->Ethereal Documentation" (assuming a recent
default installation).  If you're running Unix or Linux the man page
should be available via 'man ethereal'.
