That's because it doesn't exist.  The list isn't configurable.

Note that it shows only protocols that are "easy" to recognize - i.e.,
where you only need to look at one field, and where that field has
standardized values, e.g.  the link-layer type field, or the IP protocol
field.  Protocols running atop TCP or UDP might be harder, given that
there is not necessarily a guaranteed connection between TCP or UDP port
numbers and protocols.
