+Qtopia, or +Qtopia +GTK+-on-the-frame-buffer or something such as that?

If the former, that presumably means that he's done at least some of the
work to give it a Qt user interface, which might be usable as the basis
for

	1) a KDE version of Ethereal;

	2) a Qt version of Ethereal which could use Qt on Windows and
	   MacOS X.

The zethereal UI is probably optimized for a handheld, so it might be
usable as the basis for other handheld UIs (e.g., Windows CE using the
experimental WinPcap-for-CE, other toolkits for UNIX handhelds), but
might not be what you'd want on a desktop or notebook PC, so if it has a
Qt-based UI, that wouldn't directly translate to a Qt-for-a-non-small-
screen-machine UI.
