Title: Ethereal
I'd doubt you need a packet analyzer program to accomplish a task like that,
If you're pretty sure if she has installed any keyloggers, you could find out if it is really true by checking out the registry startup executables.
If it is there, you can just delete it and restarting your computer should complete the task.

Subject: [Ethereal-users] Ethereal

Dear Sirs,
I'm sure my x-wife has downloaded a key logger program or something similar to my computer and my main objective to catch her.  I have a Compaq home pc with the Windows 2nd edition operating system.  Will Ethereal track the outbound information that the key logger is sending to her email?  She has a yahoo and Aol address, I'm not sure which one she's using but I think it is the yahoo address.  I do have current email from both of her address if that helps.  Also how hard will it be for me to understand the information that the Ethereal program will be giving me.  I'm not that computer savvy.  Could I get this information analyzed for me.  Do I need any other operating programs on my computer to use Ethereal?  If Ethereal does work I want to make sure that it is set up correctly so I don't tip her off that I suspect her.  I'm currently using my brothers computer.  Thank you.
