	While doing a real-time, scrolling live capture using ethereal 0.99
on a Win2k host a
dos box pops up with some diameter messages..

XMLStub: Unable to open module libxml2.dll
Diameter: Using static dictionary! (Unable to use XML)
Diameter: Unable to find name for command code 0x00747470, Vendor
"976170851"!
Diameter: Bad packet: Bad Flags(0x68) or Version(71)
Diameter: Unable to find name for command code 0x00396275, Vendor
"1936211318"!
Diameter: Bad packet: Bad Flags(0x32) or Version(48)
Diameter: Unable to find name for command code 0x00312e30, Vendor
"540225588"!
Diameter: Bad packet: Bad Flags(0x2f) or Version(72)

	What do these messages mean ?
