No.

No, because there really isn't a "dev team" - there's just a bunch of
people writing and contributing code, a subset of whom can contribute
code by checking it in rather than by sending a patch to somebody who
can check it in, but even that subset isn't a "dev team" in the sense of
being a set of people who "own" Ethereal and decide what features to
add, create roadmaps, etc..

I.e., those filter fields will show up iff some individual decides to
write code to add them and contributes the code; this is a variant of
