I assume that means 802.11, not some proprietary wireless LAN protocol;
Ethereal doesn't support any of the proprietary WLAN protocols.

What type of file is it?  Ethereal can read 802.11 captures from Sniffer
Wireless and Wildpackets' AiroPeek, for example, so there is no
conversion needed in that case.

Without knowing the format of the file, we cannot answer that question.
