There is currently no other method than the normal Follow TCP stream.

It would be very nice if the HTTP dissector could be updated to parse and
understand more
of the header  so that say
"content-length:" would be parsed and used for tcp-reassembly
then the actual data following the "\n\n"  could be presented in a subtree
as either data or decoded mime or something.

maybe someone will add these features to ethereal in the future.

Is there any way to follow a stream using Tethereal? This would be a
handy feature for me to following the HTTP conversations coming out of
the server. The server is very busy and with over 20 ports running, I
would like to be able to output streams like this using Tethereal. It
could be done after the capture instead of during a live capture if I
have to. Something like piping the capture of Tethereal to another
Tethreal to do further processing so that I don't loose any packets.
