I tried running Ethereal and Tethereal on my dual P3 933 MHz machine
running Windows 2000 Server. The program did not report any problems and
ran without incident. I ran the same program on a Dell dual 1 GHz
machine and it reported that the program could not run due to Overlapped
I/O which was documented in the FAQ.

Why can I run the program on this server? I was expecting it to report
the same error but it didn't. I know that both CPU's are activated and
running. Anyone have some idea on what I could check to see why it is
running on this machine?
