Hello

I'm newbie in Ethereal and if somebody can help, pls reply to

To plan bandwidth I need to know how much a particular application consume,
e.g. Lotus, web, etc.
Questions is how to configure Ethereal to collect statistics on traffic per apps=port?
And what is more important how after week collection dump this info and create report?
Is it possible? 
Please share your experience.
