Title: Tethereal output syntax different between live and "-r" captures

Hi All,

Why is the syntax of live and -r captures different. The frame number is missing from the live output

d:\>tethereal -c 1

d:\>tethereal -c 1 -w splat.trc && tethereal -r splat.trc

Is this a bug, or a feature?
