I think you get these warnings when libxml is missing and Ethereal will try to decode a message to TCP or SCTP port 1812 (Diameter).

Sometimes we recieve this massage from tethereal and ethereal.

** WARNING **: XMLStub: Unable to open module libxml2.dll
** WARNING **: Diameter: Using static dictionary! (Unable to use XML)

We are using the latest version for Windows  ethereal-setup-0.9.5.exe.

Could you help me where can I find libxml2.dll or other workaround about this problem?
