I am seeing a date/time issue with the captured information.  Here
is an excerpt of one of my logs.  Do you have any ideas as to what
may be causing this problem.  (NOTE: The current date for this log
is 07/19/2002.  The date/time stamp for the 19th is the correct date
and time.).  Hence only about 14% of my log records are stamped with
the correct date/time.
