Actually, no, it doesn't look that way - it credits him as the "Author",
but with a really old e-mail address (two jobs old!).

So I don't know *who* prepared the 0.9.4 binary package; you'd have to
find out who that is, and ask them if they plan to do an 0.9.5 binary
package.  (If you do that, please also tell them that

	1) the original author is Gerald Combs, <gerald@xxxxxxxxxxxx>

and

	2) the URL for Ethereal is

		http://www.ethereal.com/

so they can update the information on that page.)

The other provider of binary packages is The Written Word; they only
offer the *REALLY* old 0.8.19, at least as a free package, so you'd
either have to

	1) convince them to supply a newer version as a free package

or

	2) buy their collection of packages, if that collection contains
	   0.9.5.

Or you could get a compiler (it looks as if you're at HP Cupertino, so
it might not be *too* hard to get a machine with a compiler...) and
build from source.
