Hi all,

    I've manage to  compile ethereal 9.4 on Solaris.
    I would now like to do the same on Windows NT.

    I would like to comfirm the process of doing this because the README
are a bit vague.
Please correct me if it is incorrect.


- I know I need to  down a version of gtk+1.3 from

http://www.gimp.org/~tml/gimp/win32/downloads.html

The version is gtk+-dev-1.3.0-20020313.zip

- I don't know which glib version to download because the README say 1.3
but the www.gimp.org site says
gtk+1.3 requires glib 2.0. Which glib source should I be downloading to
compiling on Windows NT.

there's also the site www.gtk.org


- Also where do I download WinPcap and which version should I download?
