Either

	1) add the line

	ospf		89	OSPF		# Open Shortest Path First

	   to "/etc/protocols" if you're on a UNIX system, or to
	   "C:\WINNT\system32\drivers\etc\protocol" on Windows
	   NT/2K/XP/.NET Server, or wherever that file is (if it exists)
	   on Windows 95/98/Me, and use

		ip proto ospf

or

	2) just say

		ip proto 89
