Running Ethereal with network address-to-name resolution enabled,
probably.

Start up Ethereal again, select "Preferences" from the "Edit" menu,
select "Name resolution" from the pane on the left of the "Preferences"
dialog box, turn off "Enable network name resolution", click "Save",
click "OK", and then try another capture.
