I am trying to compile ethereal 0.9.4 to use the net-snmp 5.0 library.
It refuses to find it. The net-snmp tests included with the package run
fine. I've tried the -enable-ucdsnmp and using the default install path
for the snmp.h library with no luck.

This is a stock Red Hat 7.3 install and I'm using the tar.gz files for
both ethereal and net-snmp. 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
